Our Services

Infants

We recommend bringing your child to see a pediatric dentist as soon as their first baby tooth comes in, but at the very latest by age 1. This allows your child to have a comprehensive dental examination completed and for our dentist to speak with you about the best ways to care for your child’s oral health. Your child will now have a dental home and a great start at being cavity-free.

Sedation

We offer sedation and general anesthesia for those with dental anxiety and extensive dental needs. This facilitates treatment in a stress-free and safe environment.

Children/Adolescents

Our approach to dental care begins with prevention. We provide oral hygiene instructions, demonstrations with the latest dental products, and nutrition counseling to help you and your family maintain excellent oral health. We provide comprehensive dental exams, cleanings, and fluoride therapy. In addition to fillings and crowns, we also provide less invasive treatment to manage cavities. Space maintenance and orthodontic therapy, including referrals for braces are also provided. We provide comprehensive oral health care so that your child’s dental needs are met.

Individuals With Special Health Care Needs

We recognize that some children have special health care needs. We provide individualized care to meet those needs and help ensure a positive experience in our office. We offer quiet rooms and sensory gadgets to relieve stress. Our dentist is specially trained in behavior guidance and management to help facilitate an enjoyable dental experience for everyone.

COVID 19

Our office was built during the pandemic so we were able to incorporate design elements in our practice to specifically stop the spread of highly transmissible respiratory diseases like Covid-19. We follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in mitigating the spread of Covid-19. Our policies change to reflect evolving CDC recommendations. In addition to maintaining universal precautions, some additional measures we implement to keep you safe includes:
Mask requirement for all staff & patients
Pre-appointment Covid-19 questionnaire
Screening of all patients for signs and symptoms of Covid-19
Frequently cleaning & disinfecting public areas including, chairs, door handles & bathrooms
HEPA air purifiers throughout the office

Poor oral health can affect a child’s self-esteem, result in missed days from school, and can alter a child’s behavior. We help children build a positive attitude towards dental care through fun and friendly experiences, with a gentle approach.

Talk About Prevention

Visiting a pediatric dentist can seem scary for a young child, but we are here to help. We care for your child’s oral health from infancy through young adulthood. Our approach focuses on preventing dental disease so that children can have the best start in life. In addition to nutrition counseling, and hygiene instructions, we provide dental cleanings, fluoride therapy, and dental sealants to help prevent cavities and help ensure your child develops into a cavity-free adult.

Comprehensive Examination

After getting to know you and your child and discussing their medical history, our dentist will perform a dental examination to investigate potential problems such as cavities and gum disease. Our dentist may recommend X-rays of your child’s teeth to better assess their health. We love to answer questions and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that works for you and your child.
